The project land stretches south to Shek Lung Road, north to Pu'er City CulturalCenter (eight Pavilion) land, west to juvenile trial base,and east to wetlandpark. The main functions include shopping center, customs commercialstreet, second-level of tourist service center, offices, LOFT (apartment) ,apartments and so on.
规划设计东北侧为大型购物中心，地上4 层；南侧和西侧为风情商业街，层数为2-3 层，采用开敞内街形式，各层用连廊相连；用地南侧商业街上设计为1 处二级游客服务中心、1 栋公寓、1 栋LOFT( 公寓)、1 栋办公，因限高要求从西往东公寓为8 层至9 层、LOFT( 公寓) 为6 层至7 层、办公为9 层至10 层，高度控制满足限高要求。项目地下一层基本满铺地下室，主要设置为机动车停车库、地下商业及辅助用房。
The Northeast part of the planning area is a large shopping mall with 4 floors above ground; the South and the West are commercial shopping street with 2-3 floors designed into open indoor streets; each layer is connected with corridors. The south commercial street has a secondary tourist service center, moreover, in order to meet the height requirements, from west to east, the South commercial street also has a block of flats with 8-9 floors, a LOFT(apartment) with 6-7 floors and an office building with 9-10 floors. The underground floor is mainly designed into parking lot, underground commercial zone and accessories.
